One SHOP.CA Account is permitted per person.  If, at its sole discretion, SHOP.CA believes that a Member has created and/or used multiple email accounts in order to gain an increased level of access to SHOP.CA marketing promotions (including but not limited to Referral, Promotional eGift Cards etc.), SHOP.CA reserves the right to refuse transactions and SHOP.CA Credit allocation based on this behaviour.


Quality Products:

SHOP.CA Merchants on the SHOP.CA Multi-Merchant Marketplace are 100% accountable to the SHOP.CA Supplier Agreement, which includes the merchant's confirmation that when they list their Products on their SHOP.CA store, their products and the product content (including, but not limited too Brand Logos, Trademarks, Images) are allowed to be listed and posted by the merchant on SHOP.CA.



SHOP.CA may contain information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after you place your order. Unfortunately, SHOP.CA cannot guarantee that an item listed as "in stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product or service offering may be in stock when a customer places an order, and sold out by the time SHOP.CA attempts to process the order. If this happens, SHOP.CA may try to attempt to notify you by email.



SHOP.CA is a multi-merchant marketplace and handles millions of products on any given day. Despite best efforts, pricing errors may occur. SHOP.CA and our merchant partners reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors. While we make every effort to ensure our pricing throughout the site is consistently perfect, mistakes can occur.  


Product Descriptions & Advertising:

From time to time, incorrect information may be listed on a product page or advertisement for a product.  In the event that an item is incorrectly advertised, SHOP.CA will issue a free return for the product for a complete refund.  


Rain checks:

SHOP.CA is not able to offer rain checks under any circumstances.  


SHOP.CA Credits:

SHOP.CA reserves the right to expire SHOP.CA Credits at their sole discretion. Credit balances are non-transferrable.  

Promotional Offers:

Promotional eGift Cards are limited to one redemption per SHOP.CA account per promotion. Any multiple use of SHOP.CA Promotional eGift Cards in a single account will be cancelled and reversed immediately.

At SHOP.CA's discretion, SHOP.CA may not approve promotional payments offered by, but not limited to SHOP.CA, third party affiliates or other marketing partners.  SHOP.CA discretion may include, SHOP.CA's opinion that the order is of a non-consumer nature, and/or the order appears to be fraud, or not ordered for the intention of SHOP.CA's suppliers intended use. 

SHOP.CA reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel these promotions due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Some products and brands cannot have promo codes applied to their purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, wine, beer, alcohol, the video gaming category, Miele, Britax, Clek, Diono, UPPAbaby, Fitbit. 


In Market Promotions with eGift Card Offerings:

From time to time, SHOP.CA may have an offer in market that includes a customer receiving an eGift Card when they purchase a particular product, or dollar amount.

In the event that there are any cancellations of the qualifying products,  the eGift Card will also be cancelled, and invalidated. If it’s already been redeemed into a Member’s account, the amount will be removed.

In the event that there are any returns which result in an order no longer qualifying for the eGift Card,  the eGift Card will also be cancelled, and invalidated. If it’s already been redeemed into a Member’s account, the amount will be removed. If the eGift Card has been spent,  than the customer’s refund would be the item total, less the amount of the eGift Card.


Holiday Policies:

Price Protection:

If you purchased an item on SHOP.CA and find us offering a lower price within 30 days of your order, we’ll be happy to offer you the difference in SHOP.CA Credits to your member account.

Valid for purchases made between November 2 - December 20, 2015. Excludes promotional weeks of Black Friday and Cyber Monday: November 21 - November 30th, 2015.


Purchases made between November 2, 2015 and December 20, 2015, qualify for our SHOP.CA Holiday Return policy.

Qualifying returns can be returned for a the full-value refund to the original method of payment through to January 8, 2016.  Please note, any item that is final sale, or has a shortened return policy by nature, is exempt from this policy.



SHOP.CA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

SHOP.CA reserves the right to limit quantities, in orders, affiliates earnings, and loyalty earnings, like Aeroplan Miles.
